Petitioner is accused in connection with Case No. C2/417/18 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, he has no knowledge about the seized material. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
