Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected taking note of recovery of ganja from his house and again, this court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in connection with Special case no. 67(A)/2013 arising out of Athmalgola P.S. case no. 209/2013 stands rejected. However, Addl. Sessions Judge XI, Patna/concerned court must conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if learned court below failed to conclude the trial of the petitioner due to laches of prosecution, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
