That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondent to construct the Anganbari centre No. 188 namely Dumrawan-4 in ward no.7 of Dumrawan gram Panchayat, Block- Asthawan, Dist-

Patna High Court CWJC No.5911 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Nalanda on plot no. 266, Khata no. 39, recorded as Garmajarua Aam land nature dain notified and enlisted at serial no.11 in the list dated 13.10.2021 of the child development Project officer, Asthawan, Distt.- Nalanda, for which entimate was already prepared, passed and layout at the site as also done but the construction has not been done as the newly elected Mukhiya of the gram panchayat objecting the construction at the aforesaid rite and wanted to construct it on the bank of a pound over plot no. 2177 which is acquired by the government under Jal Neevan Hariyali Scheme and dangerous for the children of below 475 years old."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.
