The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 337, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case is that some dispute took place between Jhamela Yadav and this petitioner over collection of milk when bricks were pelted over each other and both sides resorted to fire also, but no injury was caused.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general and statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38638 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 177 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
