JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-09-2016 Heard Sri Ajay Thakur, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Pravin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No.2513 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 465 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that of course in the complaint petition, it was alleged that the complainant was cheated by the petitioner by providing forged papers to give employment in the Indian Armed Force and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38334 of 2016 (2) dt.22-09-2016 2/2 obtained Rs.2, 50,000/- from the complainant. He submits that without any such document after examining the complainant and his witnesses, order of cognizance was passed, whereas after going through the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition, which indicates that the petitioner is accused in number of cases of cheating, the Court is of the opinion that the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
