Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to local politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has no concern with liquor and motorcycle in question. Petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 239 of 2018.
