This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 20(B), 22 and 24 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
Allegation is that 200 gm of ganja was recovered from the back of this petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Submission is that the recovered quantity is small quantity.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 305 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
