This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 260 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308, 420, 188/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a), 32, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Considering the fact that the recovery of illicit liquor is from the public place and the petitioners have clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of
