The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that one live cartridge and one mobile were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 357 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64160 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.1799 of 2018. Both the bailers will be close relative of the petitioner.
