2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 23981 of 2018 to its original file which has been dismissed vide order dated 11.11.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the petition, MJC No. 837 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
