JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Dumraon P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police on suspicion apprehended three persons on Motorcycle. It is alleged that two Mobile Phones have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2018.

It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65643 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
