2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 436, 427, 353, 153 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have participated in riot in which buses were burnt and police personnel were assaulted. The accused persons have also burnt two hospitals also which were being run in a pota cabin and many other articles have also been burnt.

4. The petitioner's participation has come in the CCTV footage.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail.
