The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 332, 427, 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that on 7.1.2019, fire broke out in the khalihan. The informant brought the police officer and others on the spot. The police personnel were trying to extinguish the fire, but the accused persons, after minor altercation with the informant, set the police jeep on fire after pouring petrol on it. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has

In course of that, altercation had taken place between the fire extinguishing persons and the villagers. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. case No.15 of 2019.
