1. The Petitioner, who is the Complainant, is aggrieved with the dismissal of Complaint Case No.257 of 2011 by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna, vide order dated 19.03.2013.
2. It has been submitted that even though the Petitioner and her witnesses had supported the prosecution case but the Complaint Petition was dismissed for untenable reasons.
3. On the other hand, counsel(s) for the private Opposite Parties submits that First Information Report by way of Masaurhi P.S. Case No.446 of 2011 dated 09.11.2011 was instituted
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.495 of 2013 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 against the Complainant-Petitioner and it is in retaliation that the present case has been filed.
4. It appears that the counter version is also under the minor provision of law.
5. In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
6. The revision application is dismissed.
7. However, in the interest of the parties, proceedings of Masaurhi P.S. Case No.446 of 2011 is also dropped. (Anjana Prakash, J) JA/- U T
