This application seeks modification in the order dated 6.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51988 of 2014. Counsel for the petitioners submits that anticipatory bail was sought in Patrakar Nagar P.S. case no. 129 of 2013. By mistake in para 2 of the order dated 06.07.2015 it was noted as Patrakar P.S. case no. 129 of 2013. Although in para 5 at page 2 of the order it has correctly been noted as Patrakar Nagar P.S. case no. 129 of 2013.

Accordingly, the order dated 06.07.2015 is modified to the effect that in place of Patrakar P.S case no. 129 of 2013, it shall be read as Patrakar Nagar P.S. case no. 129 of 2013. It

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38380 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 appears that the time granted under order dated 06.07.2015 to surrender and furnish bail has already expired. The order dated 06.07.2015 is further modified to the effect that the petitioners shall surrender to reap the benefit of the order on or before 28th September, 2015.
