The petitioners seek bail in Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 122 of 2022 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 19 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354-A, 354-D and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 of the POCSO Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners were apprehended while misbehaving with victim girl. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 122 of 2022 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 19 of 2022.
