Taking note of the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his previous conduct, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 197/2015 arising out of Motipur P.S. case no. 178/2013 stands rejected.
