The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 26.02.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 7643 of 2015 with a direction that the petitioners shall surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order but the petitioners did not surrender for the reasons best known to them and after a lapse of about six months, the petitioner has filed this petition for extension of time of his surrender.

I am not satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition for such extension of time because of the negligence committed by the petitioners. Accordingly, this application for extending the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below is dismissed.

If the petitioners surrender in the court below, the court below shall consider the prayer for bail of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39858 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 taking into consideration the fact that earlier the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court and dispose of the bail petition of the petitioners on the same day.
