The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 466/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that name of this petitioner has come on the basis of disclosure made by two accused persons, namely, Rahul Kumar @ Rahul Mangalam and Subham Kumar, who were apprehended by the police.

Seizure-list is enclosed with the F.I.R., which shows that seizure has been made from the road near the bridge. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 14.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64100 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IInd-cum-Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 466/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
