The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and her husband by means of Pasuli, due to which they sustained injuries. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. case No.319 of 2018.
