2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant by means of farsa.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering simple injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the

No.20244 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Waris Nagar P. S. Case No. 96 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
