The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR this petitioner gave Dabia blow on the head of informant. Thereafter, it is alleged that all the accused persons assaulted the informant with lathi causing injury. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
