The name of petitioner appears in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Mohammad Lal @ Md. Lal @ Mustaquim, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38393 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S.Case No. 37 of 2015.
