The Bail cancellation application has been moved by the learned counsel on the ground that the conditions imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, XIII, Bhojpur, Ara while granting bail has not been followed. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the application to move the concerned Court below for cancellation of the bail granted to opposite party no. 2, by way of filing an appropriate application, and if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within one
