2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of the appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions for quashing the order dated 25.03.2014 passed by the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.6302 of 2025(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 Chairman of the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case. No.844 of 2013 and 850 of 2013 are being disposed of interim of compromise entered into by the parties as mentioned in the deed of agreement dated 30.01.2014.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate Court for the redressal of the grievance. According to the instruction, he never appeared which followed the compromise and the order in question.

4. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
