Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered in connection with Puraini P. S. Case No. 180 of 2019.
As per allegation, the present petitioner demanded Rangdari of Rs. 50,000/- from the informant and threatened him to kill. The petitioner and an unknown person took Rs. 20,000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30585 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 from the Almirah of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the previous enmity is admitted in the F.I.R. itself and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedents.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Puraini P. S. Case No. 180 of 201, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
