The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 302, 323, 325, 436, 379, 341 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that several other co-accused having identical allegation have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

The aforesaid argument is not controverted by the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

No.35311 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 In that view of the matter, the petitioners, namely, Dayanand Mandal, Jawahar Mandal and Parmanand Mandal are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, district- Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
