It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that on the basis of the farbayan recorded on 08.02.2019, Sadar Police Station Case No. 49 of 2019 dated 08.02.2019 was registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 323, 307, 379 read with section 34 of the IPC against the named accused persons. In that view of the matter the petition has become infructuous and is hereby dismissed.
