90 dated 23/02/2024 (AnnexureP/6) of the Respondent No. 6 by which service of the present petitioner has been terminated on the post of Aanganwari Savika at Centre No. 157, Centre NamePhoolwari, Panchoyat-Nankar
Patna High Court CWJC No.5990 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/3 Powakhali, BlockThakurganj, District- Kishanganj and Respondent No. 8 has been re-employed as Aanganwari Savika on that centre after 12 years of termination of her service from the post of Aanganwari Savika.
(ii) For quashing the order dated 06/01/2024 bearing Memo No. 87 dated 11/01/24 (Annexure-P/5) passed in Aanganbari Appeal No.
09/2023 (Anita Adhikari Vs. The State of Bihar) by the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea (Respondent No. 4) by which Respondent No. 8 has been reinstated without passing an order of removal of the petitioner from the post of Aanganwari Sevika."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is
