The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 127 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 353, 333, 427 and 216(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 29657 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 50226 of 2018 on 12.07.2018 and 20.09.2018 respectively. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
