2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 382 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioners are accused of committing rape with the victim.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 11.12.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has taken a number of ground including the absence of any sign of rape at the place of occurrence.

6. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after the informant-victim is examined in the trial.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioners at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
