Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 712 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 34(ii), 38(ii) and 41(i) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge
