It has been submitted that due to inadvertence name of all the petitioners were not incorporated in the cause title of the order dated 03.04.2017, by which all the petitioners except petitioner No.5, were granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner No.5, Anoj Paswan @ Anoj Kumar, was earlier arrested and his anticipatory bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 03.04.2017.
