The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Giriyak (Katari Sarai) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015 registered under Sections 465, 466, 468, 471, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Uday Kumar, Block Statistical Officer-cum-In charge, Purchase Centre, Katri Sarai (Nalanda) and Shailesh Kumar, Executive Assistant of Purchase Centre Katari Sarai forged the signature of the informant with regard to supply of 682.90 quintals of paddy to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant received 4682.90 quintals of paddy and put his signature on different receipts. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39484 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 Shailesh Kumar has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45941/2015. Considering the facts that the petitioner and Shailesh Kumar supplied 4682.90 quintals of paddy to the informant, owner of M/S Krishna Rice Mills, who later on disputed the supply of 682.90 quintals of paddy and similarly situated co-accused Shailesh Kumar has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Giriak (Katari Sarai) P.S. Case No. 10/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
