JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. From perusal of the report of the trial court dated 21.8.2020, kept at flag 'Y' to the bail petition, it appears that the trial in the instant case, i.e., Trial No. 36 of 2018 arising out of Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No. 194 of 2018, is pending for defence evidence.

In view of the above development, prayer of bail of the petitioner is refused.

As the petitioner is in custody for two and a half years, let the trial be expedited and concluded within a period of one year from today.
