The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.298 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 80 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

From the F.I.R., it appears that the deceased has committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
