Mr.Madan Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Guraru PS case no. 197 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding recovery of stolen motorcycle from the co-accused Mantu Yadav and the said Mantu Yadav upon being apprehended by the police, disclosed the complicity of the petitioner and other co-accused persons in the present case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to lodging of the present case, the petitioner was having clean antecedent, however after being arrested in the present case, the petitioner has been implicated in one other case. Lastly,

It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.01.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Guraru PS case no. 197 of 2018. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U T
