2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 331(4) and 305(a) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that from the house of the informant unknown miscreants have committed theft of jewellery and valuables.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that there is suspicion on the guard. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has been remanded in this case from Patliputra P.S. Case No. 591 of 2024. In that case, he has given his confessional statement. It

No recovery has been made from his possession. It has further been submitted that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 85112 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.03.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 11 cases.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 572 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- X, Patna with the following conditions:- (I) One of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and
