In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Marhourah (Gaura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
A specific allegation has been made against the petitioner of causing injury by Daab.
This Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Mantu Singh is rejected.
However, if the petitioner would surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20470 of 2017 (3) dt.07-07-2017 court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and pass an order in accordance with law on the same day without being prejudiced by the present order of this Court.
