Case No.394 of 2010 for the offence punishable under Sections- 406 and 420 of I.P.C. He preferred A.B.P. No.303 of 2011 in the court of Sessions Judge, Samastipur which was rejected through order dated 8.8.2011. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section-438 of Cr.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
A perusal of the record discloses that on 12.10.2011 this Court passed an order directing that pending the application, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Samastipur P.S. Case No.394 of 2010. In view of passage of time, the same
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33935 of 2011 (5) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 shall be treated as the final order in the criminal miscellaneous petition itself.
