The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 392 of 21 registered for the offence under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story in a nutshell is that the informant on 22.11.2022 at about 2PM was going to his house and at Santi Niketan School, Lakhminya, all of sudden three people attacked him on his motorcycle and snatched his bag in which thee was a Dell Laptop and a Realme Mobile. They was also carrying arms with them due to which the informant did not

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2022 and the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

The petitioner has three antecedent.

Considering the materials available on record and considering the criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application stands rejected.
