JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The learned Sessions Judge, Purnea, has given liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if trial of the petitioner is not concluded within two months from the first date of evidence after framing of the charge and, therefore, in my view, petitioner should avail the aforesaid liberty before the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, this petition filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him bail in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No.46 of 2016 pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Purnea, stands disposed of.
