Petitioner seeks bail in Abadpur P.S. Case No.109 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 26 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
