2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that a theft was committed in the house of the informant and the thieves have stolen altogether Rs. 1,00,000/-, ornaments worth Rs. 14,80,000/- and a laptop worth Rs. 30,000/-.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27415 of 2026(2) dt.04-05-2026 2/3 case. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner was remanded in this case from Patliputra P.S. Case No. 591 of 2024, wherein he has given his confessional statement. Save and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. No recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.03.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of eleven cases of almost similar nature.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with the condition that one of the bailors shall be his near relative and the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned court below and shall also mark his weekly attendance at Patliputra P.S., failing which, the learned trial court will be at liberty to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to
