The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 306, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated by the informant Chaukidar that information was received that the wife of the petitioner herein consumed poison and died. Without informing the police personnel, the petitioner attempted to hide the dead body by burning it in the river side. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Accepting the allegations made in the FIR, it is submitted that so far as section 201 of the IPC is concerned, the same is

The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State who submits that the chargesheet has been submitted in the case under sections 306, 201 and 34 of the IPC. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the nature of allegation and the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 1 year, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Piribazar P.S. Case no. 56 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai.
