The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

Country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 05.02.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No.89 of 2019 corresponding to Chainpur P.S. Case No.43 of 2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20778 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
