Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that the accused had entered his house to commit theft and were caught red handed and from the possession of co-accused Rs. 500/- was recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is the neighbour of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68876 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 informant. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna City in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018.
