Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and under the Arms Act.
Prosecution's case, in brief, is that the miscreants looted sum of Rs.1,16,890/- cash and Samsung Tablet from the informant and fled away.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, denying the allegations, submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that save except his confession leading to no recovery, there is nothing against him in the instant case. He is in custody since 29.7.2019.
