The allegation against the petitioner is of torture upon the complainant for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 20,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2, in the 1st week of every month, which will commence from April, 2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29998 of 2021(4) dt.31-03-2022 2/2 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant has accepted the offer of the petitioner and undertakes to provide bank account details of the informant to the petitioner as early as possible.

Considering the aforestated facts and also the undertaking as given by the petitioner to pay Rs.20, 000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2 as interim relief, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Ist Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 1983 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The aforesaid payments will be subject to any order passed in matrimonial or maintenance proceedings. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
