Petitioner seeks bail in Sohsarai P.S. Case No.09 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. In the written report, it is alleged that three persons were found going on motorcycle. They tried to run away on seeing police party. The police chased them in course of which two persons fell down and they disclosed their names as petitioner and Sonu Kumar. Third person, who was named as Raja, managed to run away.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No.09 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
